I like the logo. And Chance, it's "piqued". I'm sorry, I tried to restrain myself but people are always getting that wrong and it bugs me! :-)

Chance's interest is piqued after his peek at Meeshi striving for the lindy peak.

Ugh.

If bad grammar gets this much attention to a thread... why bother spellchecking?

Maybe grammar is quantitative to one's ability to swing out. hehe.

"Maybe grammar is quantitative to one's ability to swing out"

Hey David, not only do you have bad grammar, but you gotta learn vocabulary. "Quantitative" is an adjective describing a kind of data...I think you meant "correlated."

nevermind Mr. Bean.

Top of pagePrevious messageNext messageBottom of pageLink to this message   By Yedancer (Yedancer) on Wednesday, July 02, 2003 - 09:44 pm: Edit

To be gramatically correct, you should say "nevermind [comma] Mr. Bean." As in: "nevermind, Mr. Bean." And also, "nevermind" is not a word. "Never mind" is an expression, though, so to be correct in both spelling and grammar, you should say: "never mind, Mr. Bean." Of course, proper capitalization is always a plus, so it should really be: "Never mind, Mr. Bean."
