Cost: ONLY $5/class/person
REMEMBER: you DO NOT have to perform with us on August 24th to attend these great workshops
REMEMBER: because this is a 'community event' we are offering these classes at the VERY LOW price of $5/class
REMEMBER: to have a partner for the Lindy Chorus or the Big Apple
REMEMBER: please bring water and snacks as we will be working hard for 5 hours (for yourselves, not for us!!!)
WORKSHOP TIMES:
12 to 1:30 1920s Charleston Routine
1:30 to 3 The Lindy Chorus
3 to 4:30 A Big Apple Routine
4:30 to 5 additional practice time...
PLAN:
1 hour of instruction (more if needed)
20 minutes of 'dancing it' with Joel & Alison
10 minutes of 'dancing it' on your own/questions (while Joel OR Alison check in the next class)

August 24th from 1 to 1:50pm

(we have space for 10 couples on the stage - we'll work this out this Saturday)
Balboa/Collegiate Shag
(Joel & Alison AND Jim & Margie)
Big Apple
(as many that want to perform)
After the 'performance' we'll invite audience to the stage to learn some Big Apple moves
(will probably be a lot of children)
After some social Big Apple we'll use the remaining time (if any) to just social dance.
