There's a CERT notice out for the LoveLetter trojan. If you run Outlook on Windows, do not open or display it in any way (including the preview panel). It's hammering many, many sites this morning.
(And FYI, if you ever get email about any one of a dozen viruses, don't bother forwarding it unless you check CERT or another known virus notification site first. Virtually all of the emails warning about viruses are actually hoaxes.)

VBS/LoveLetter VBScript Worm
The morning of 5/4/2000, we began to receive numerous reports of a VBScript worm being called "Love Letter" circulating in the wild. Early reports we have received indicate this is not a hoax. Reports indicate the worm is distributed via e-mail with the following characteristics:
Subject: ILOVEYOU
The body of the message contains:
kindly check the attached LOVELETTER coming from me
A file attachment is included, named:
LOVE-LETTER-FOR-YOU.TXT.vbs
