Sweetheart Swing Dance at the Hotel Del Crown Room
Celebrate the romance of the swing era. The magnificent Crown Room will host a spectacular swing dance featuring live entertainment by local favorite, Big Time Operator, a 10-piece big band featuring Warren Lovell. The celebration will also include a lavish five-course candlelight dinner for two. The menu includes: Risotto Champignon, Salade Florentine, Intermezzo Chandon (rose petal sorbet with a champagne splash), Roti Trio (tournedo of beef, lamb chop and brochette of prawn) and Fantasia "Mi Amor" (trio of milk chocolate pate, raspberry and white chocolate sabayon, praline truffle). The cost is $70 per person (not including tax and gratuity).
