This is a very special 3RD SAT @ The Champion Ballroom because The Rhythm Hot Shots will be giving two performances! Each band break will be pulsing with the energy from this great group.

Don't forget: There's a Free Beginning Lesson w/ Chance and Mel from 8:30pm-9:00pm,
and the Dance goes from 9:00pm-Midnight

Special Guest Performances by The Rhythm Hot Shots. They are in San Diego all the way from Stockholm, Sweden.

$12 lesson and dance / $10 student admission w/ ID

Way to go Mel and Chance! I haven't seen these events mentioned on the Jive Junction forum. That would be a good place to post info. regarding both the dance and the workshop.

probably shouldn't... i think LA is having their own Rhythm Hot Shots thingie... and it'd be bad form to try and compete with Peter Loggins.

There's nothing wrong with advertising a regular venue that happens to have a kick-butt special night. If someone can't make it to the LA event, maybe they'd be overjoyed to make it to the SD event with TRHS. Heck I might go to both.

And it's not Peter's forum. Post anything you like. I don't like to see people not posting because they think they're going to get ripped a new one.

It would be great to have some OC and LA people make the trek for the Sat. Night dance. From what I remember of Sue Palmer, her music has enough energy and tempo to satiate their fast-pace appetites. We'd love to see you there Julius!
