There's a few of us that have been to see this band at Juke Joint Cafe, the jazz club in the gaslamp district. Cool Blue is a tight jazz combo that plays a number of songs that you can dance to. The floor is small, but so are the dancers. The singer, Ruby, is just fantastic. I just found the calendar for the Juke Joint Cafe at

Looks like Cool Blue is playing Friday May 12 and Friday May 26th. I'm writing this partially to remind myself to go!
