I was really impressed by his DJing. I hope he ends up at UCSD, he would be a great addition to the SD scene. SF was awesome and I'm really glad we got in a little girl time since I don't plan on coming home until Thanksgiving unless I need a break from good old IV =) |

Haha I will. This will be my first Halloween up here, last year I was in Phoenix with Erik. Any suggestions on costumes...since it's IV I have been told I can be anything as long as it shows lots of skin. So classy ;) |

Patrick is going to be a spork and the rest of his house mates are going as various characters from Pac Man. Go as Princess Lea...vitt.  I'm sure you can pick a scene where she's barely clad to model your costume to walk around IV in. |

I miss lindy groove  It rained here the last two days. And its cold. And I don't have Susan's and Laurel's arses to slap when they are dancing. I think I'll be back to deal with my condo and go dancing in a week or so, so there better be an abundance of follows. |

Hey, I'll be driving up to Lindy Groove this Thursday to meet a friend who's flying out from Chicago to attend the Salsa Congress weekend. I can take two people along for the ride if Sherri goes, three if she doesn't. I won't know till day of. I plan to leave SD by 7pm, and we'll probably be back here by 2:30am, and yes, I intend to work later that morning. Yes, I'm crazy like that . If interested, contact me via email or call if you already know my number. This week's DJ is David Frutos(Kim and David dance duo). It'll be an interesting evening of music from this Camp Hollywood/Laughlin/Paladino's in Reseda veteran. |

Man, going up solo is rough(let alone trying to stay awake all day at work today!)! It's 264 miles round trip for me, and with gas prices the way they are, I don't think I'll be going back there anytime soon. Too bad, because Lindy Groove has become my favorite venue to go dancing. I never have a bad night there; the music is diverse and the energy level is almost always high. Oh, well. By the way, I saw Heather there, and she's living in Monrovia now. She says she misses everyone back in SD and hopes to be down for Rob and Shawna's B- day gig at Henry's Pub this Tuesday. Also, Gil says hi to everyone who knows of him down here. |

You were missed! Steven Mitchell showed up. Jeremy from Vegas. Philip was there. Tip, Mike, Michael..so many great leads and follows. The band couldn't have been better. Seasoned pros. All of them. Jesse Miner Djing. What a night. But yes, that construction on I-5 set us back about about 45 minutes to go 1 mile. Couldn't believe that. What a mess. But at least I had a car full of happy dancers. We had a blast!!! Life is good. F2 tonight! Hep Spot tomorrow. Party at my house afterwards, (actually I'm working on the party thing...stay tuned for more info). |
