I just heard from Amanda tonight that she's going to cancel Lindy Underground because of Catalina, and that she in fact is going to Catalina afterall. So.....maybe a "Late Night" LBtB with fireworks will be in the works. I'll let ya know by midweek. |

About 20 to 30 showed up. Should I do this weekly? twice a month? once a month? Was it just "post-exchange" burnout? The people that did show up had a great time. Meeshi played some fun and refreshing music. But I'm just rethinking whether or not demand for a weekly venue of this type is there. |

Jeff - Don't judge success by the number of attendees, believe me, that will kill you every time. If you want to do it weekly, people will come, the attendence will rise and fall with each passing week, and everyone who sits outside by the bay and dances under the sun will have a blast! YOU run LBtB. Make it what you want it to be, what you are willing to make it be. PS - I've seen almost all of our regular venues with 20-30 people in it at one time or antoher. It's still fun. And yes, many people were burnt out from the exchange. |
