Does anyone remember the name of that little swanky place in downtown San Diego that people used to go swing dancing at about 10+ years ago? I can picture it, but I can't think of the name.

Here's a list of venues that was literally posted 10 years ago Smile on October 21, 1999 (the Glenn in this old thread is not me):

There are a bunch of downtown venues on that list. It could be Papa Jack's. Here are some photos of that space a few years later in 2003 when it was renovated and reopened as Aubergine:

Thank you, Glenn! But the club that I was thinking of wasn't on that list. This was about 13 years ago. It was around for a short while when the 90's swing craze started and then vanished. I remember seeing it on the cover of a San Diego based magazine, much like the Reader. I believe I still have the cover, but not the actual magazine. I know that I'd know it, if I heard it.

I think it was called The Supper Club on 5th. I know George Gee used to play there quite regularly.
