I had read that thread on JJ.. Just read the one on OCSwing... Never been to Atomic but I know people from San Diego drive up there each week. Sounds like there is a lot of discussion around it all, though.

I am sure it is just cuz I have never been there - mebbe I am misunderstanding.. But what's with all the rules? No solo dancing... No practicing routines in a corner... No putting your stuff up against the wall under a chair... WTF? Does this really happen there? Sounds like the rules my daughter had to endure at pre-school all those years ago..

The only out-of-town venue worth driving to is LindyGroove. It's just unfortunate that every city's best venue is on a Thursday.
