Rockabilly swing with the Stilettos in the Gaslamp. One of the most fun nights of the week!

That's right! Henry's Pub is located at 618 5th Ave, Downtown in the heart of the Gaslamp District on the corner of 5th and Market. It's 21 and up. Great atmosphere and vibe. Dancers show up in force weekly for high energy live music of "The Stilettos", a first class Rockabilly band that is versatile enough to play a wide range of swing, blues and rock and roll. They also serve great food. A few dancers under 21 have been able to stay after dining in the restaurant side, but those under 21 are supposed to be out of there by 10pm. Wow, I'm so cool. I was there for all of 20 minutes, and I got into a picture without even knowing it (or knowing what the heck I'm doing with my hands)....

Um.. that picture is of me, at least thats what I thought I looked like, and do remember taking that picture.... However, I am not Marine Matt, nor was I ever a Marine. I was however a Ranger (no not a park ranger), but the elite soldier who arrives on the cutting edge of battle, through land, sea or air!!!

And I had a great time last night.... as the picture is titled I LOVE HENRY'S

I have to say to all the leads from last night . . . you guys are amazing! To dance those fast songs, and bust out the moves, while all the time making sure the follows didnt get crushed on the crowded dance floor . . . . bravo!
