Who's going tonight? Scott and I do trivia at Bondi on Tuesdays, but we might swing by afterward, especially having Christina (from Montreal) with us. I can't say I had a very good time last time I went (so many creeps!), but I'm maybe willing to give it another go.

Henry's was really fun last week. Great group of dancers showed up. And the "bus" that drops off the drunken creeps didn't arrive til close to midnight. So, I recommend getting there as early as possible, and then leave before the Gremlins get wet.

one of the best night at Henry's in recent memory.

I'll try and keep it short because I'm tired (but I may go long because I'm wired Wink

)

Band: Tommy, Justin, Bobby S (keys) and guest (and familiar face) Jason on the bass. Cool

Leads were pretty regular for the most part: Steven, Jeff, Mark (three of them!), Noah, Sal, Fritz, Johnny H,

Follows included: Lulu, Jackie, Cassandra, Andra, Raquel, Chrissy, Amber, Mercedes, Maria, Marissa and Monica (new), Tara (guest WC), Deanna, Brenda (new), Erika, and Tanya (!), Kaycee and Tricia. Please forgive me those names I left out, but in any case, thank you ALL... you made the dance floor a great place to be Wink

(it may not sound like it, but early one there were more leads than follows...)

Others in attendance at Henry's last night: Brian Tassie, Todd, Sam Wolanyck, Jim and Margie and of course, Fritz and Jeannine (oh, Carl, I see you mentioned Fritz)...so that's five (make that four) more leads. The coolest thing about last night was the total absence of drunks on the dancefloor. We left at 1:00am and that "bus" that seems to usually drop them off just never showed. We had the place all to ourselves. It felt like a private dance party with a live band and servers. Awesome night! And Jason was great on bass. What a solo! And the addition of the keyboard player from the Veteran's Day performance was a nice change.

Wow, how did Carl and I both forget to mention Tremaine, San Diego's rockstar lead!!??? Maybe we're subconsciously envious and suffering from repressed memory syndrome. But yes, FUN, FUN, FUN night!

Well, Jax and I just got back from making Campus Five at the Derby on Sunday night a two day mini-vacation. Don't think we'll be makin it out tonight. Who knows, though. We've been acting quite spontaneous lately. But we should make the 10th Anniversary Firehouse tomorrow night (Wednesday) at 3rd and Maple. Can't wait to see that hall and dance floor!

Yep, Jax and I are in the mood to do a lil pre-Christmas Eve dancing tonight too. I called Tommy to make sure they're playing tonight and he confirmed that they are. We're thinking maybe even getting there for dinner as well around 8:30.
