Since 1998, the Firehouse Swing Dance has been THE weekly joint in San Diego where all the hepcats and hepkittens congregate. Originally located at the San Diego Center for Moving Arts (a renovated "firehouse"), the Firehouse Swing Dance is now located at Queen Bee's Cultural Center for the Arts in the heart of North Park (3925 Ohio St., 92104). With packed weekly swing classes from 7:30-9p, 3 hours of social dancing from 9p-12a, and 2 dance rooms to choose from: Lindy or Blues, the Firehouse Swing Dance is a great place to experience the diversity of swing dancing, get some aerobic exercise, hang out with friends old and new, and perhaps, even meet the love of your life -- we have testimonials to prove it.
